- Reports to Managing Director.- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company?s vision & strategy.- Liaise with other-executive heads on the implementation of the company?s strategic and operational plan.- Review and comment on Tender Documents (from SI view) including Bill of Quantities, Value Engineering, queries and the like. - Review and comment on the SI design, including drawings and technical specifications.- Identify and highlight problems in advance of impact on the works & on issues and impose proactive actions.- Monitor the performance of the consultant(s) and contractor(s) with regards to the project execution to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and specifications.- Attend all periodic progress and technical meetings held with all relevant parties. - Review and comment on progress and other reports submitted by project parties. - Coordinate with Project Engineers and supervise the works to ensure the execution of works, site areas are upheld to acceptable global standards and work practices are safe and at low-risk of occupational hazards.- Identify and quantify maintenance works required in all locations in coordination with other team members.- Provide the market inputs to ensure the maximum output.- Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving the profitability of the company.- Regular progress review meetings with field teams.- Coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity.- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all site involved in the project.- Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.- Prepare and/or edit Minutes of Meetings, presentations and tables.- Ensure that all members adherence to deadlines.- Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all sections with higher Management.- Schedule deployment of personnel & equipment.- Identify and inform any requirements/concerns to management on regular basis.To execute other works required by the Managing Director.All other responsibilities, company will assign time to time upon requirement.---------------------------------------------------------------------The candidate must possess 8 years of UAE Experience in ELV.Should have 4 years of experience as Project Manager.Should possess good managerial skills and fluent in English (Read/Write/Speak)UAE Driving license is must and immediate joiner is preferred.Work Location is Abu Dhabi
