We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with at least 20 years of experience in the field, particularly in civil engineering projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, as this educational background will be crucial in understanding the technical aspects of the projects, especially when working with UAE Military entities such as CMW, PGC, and NGC.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budgets.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and guide project team members to foster professional development and enhance team performance.Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.Preferred Candidate:Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Proficient in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and vendor relations effectively.Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in project management practices.A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
