? Responsibility and management for the Group?s dry-docking, new acquisition, conversion and upgradation projects? Planning and executing Routine and Emergency Dry-Docking, Vessel Reactivation, Pre-Purchase? Inspection and Special Projects (Vessel Conversions & upgradation projects)? Identifying and partnering with competent partners across the value chain who will support these projects? Implementing standardization of the dry-docking and project management process across the organization in line with industry wide best practices.? Delivering agreed quality on time, in full, within agreed cost.? Timely planning, sourcing and deployment of docking service providers, Makers Services? Engineers? Detailed preparation of the standard items of the dry dock specs? Review Vessel(s) dry dock, upgradation and conversion specifications and submit the same to agreed shipyards for quotation.? Carry out detailed comparison of shipyard quotation and provide recommendations on dry-dock options, basis costs/availability. Provide inputs on the invoicing, negotiation and endorse the final invoice.? Perform evaluation for dry-docking repair quotes and selection of shipyards for repair works,based on the ?best quality of works? / ?cost? relation.? Monitor dry-dock timelines across fleet and follow up with Fleet Port Engineers to ensure preparation for the same.? Ensuring that the purchase orders for dry dockings, conversion and upgradation are reviewed for accuracy and propose and available Prior to docking, Conversions & upgradation projects? Coordinate with the nominated paint supplier, Fleet Port Engineer and other internal stakeholders, to finalize the paint requirements, as per agreed paint contract.? Provide and compile documented reports upon completion of dry docking, conversion and upgradation, including summaries of works performed and actual expenditures.
