Job Highlights:? Act as a liaison between clients, development, and the delivery team with the goal to provide guidance to all parties regarding development and deployment? Lead the project to drive success completion? Accountable for all project activities in client side? Proactively control of the scope & cost Job Responsibilities:? Develop project plan and seek endorsement from senior management to execute accordingly.? Negotiate and resolve the changing needs and requirements of customers.? Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues in various aspects of a project in client side? Monitor project progress, coordinate project team resources to act according to project plan, to ensure that performance of activities leads to production of deliverables that meets expectation and acceptance criteria? Proactively communicate project progress by briefing customer Project Manager through e.g., status reporting, deliverable checkpoints, meetings, discussions, to ensure deliverables are on track and meet client?s expectations ? Consistently apply the best practices and methodology in project management in the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)? Identify, minimize, resolve and mitigate project risks.? Apply quality assurance procedures to review and ensure the quality level of project deliverables.? Manage the project documents in a review process to achieve customer acceptance.? Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the business and user communities for the current projects and future opportunities? Project Management support during presales stage, including project planning and resources estimationJob Requirements:? Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant majors? Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP) is desirable? At least 5 years of experience in project management? Strong track record of delivering banking system projects on time and within budget? Capable to interact with business partners and multiple internal and external teams? Experience in dealing with customers at senior and management level? Strong IT consulting / project management experience and people management skills? Strong knowledge of business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, RAD, OOM, SSADM, etc.)? Excellent leadership skills in leading large project teams? Enable frequent international travel
