JOB DESCRIPTIONRole : Project EngineerLocation : Abu Dhabi/Sharjah Role Purpose:Assist Development Advisory to do review the progress payment documents /conduct site visit inspection for progress payments/ review FTA cases (applications), contact the clients, review the tax invoices along with other documents, prepare draft of VAT verification report, assist with condition assessment reports and technical capability reports.Key Accountabilities of the role General: . Provide a high level of customer service and care . Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields. . Self-development and continuing personal development. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures: . Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies. Development advisory: . Project documents (collection & review) . Meeting project parties (owner, contractor & consultant). . Draft & issue site visit reports. . Draft & issue project progress reports . Ensure a high standard of report output Risk: . Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department Training: In house training will be given Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: University Degree - Civil Engineer. Good communication skills Good engineering knowledge Previous experience: . Minimum three years experience working in similar role.
