Job Description

Job Title:Project Director - Site Operations (Water Bridge and Infrastructure)We are looking for a highly skilled Project Director with 20 years of experience in Water Bridge and Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and design to construction and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that project closeout activities are completed on time and to the required standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of overall experience, with experience on water bridge and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project management processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Experience in managing project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
