Workspace Interiors�opens a job opportunity for experienced Operations�/ Project�Coordinator (Fit-out/Interiors experience) in�Abu Dhabi?

Supporting Procurement and Project Delivery time to review and monitor�within the established scope, schedule and budget while�ensuring the project delivery is met with the support of the Project Head and Contractors on site.

Closely monitor, update and improve the construction programs and make recommendations in areas to improve the delivery timeline. Plan and organize resources in advance by daily preparation

Ensure timely award of sub-contracts including negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.�Review�of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

Preparation of project related material requisition vouchers. Monitor and control snagging lists and advise acceptance/rejection to final completion.

Ensure handing over of completed projects in a timely manner. Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
