The role would involve the following :?Managing senior stakeholders within the bank?Matrix management of business and technical resources operating in the BCBS program?Ability to understand the business requirements, understand regulatory expectations, high level technology understanding, understanding of data architecture, data governance & data quality.?Ability to comprehend and lead initiatives related to the following : - Data Management , Data Handling Ethics, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Modelling & Design, Data Storage & Operations, Data Security, Data Integration & Interoperability, Document & Content Management, Reference & Masterdata, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Big Data, Data Management & Maturity Assessment, Data Management Organization & Roles expectation, Data Management & Organizational Change ManagementEssential Skills: ?Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English?Program management experience preferably for banks?Understanding of Risk & Finance functions and their operations ?Experience in one of the Project Management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project )Qualification & Certification: ? At least graduate degree/diploma Desirable : ?PMP , Prince2 Operational Expectations:?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within tight timelines.
