Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Policy and Process /Procedure / Training Management team. Key job duties include development of key deliverablesfor timely completion in line with project timelines, focusing on policies, process mapping,procedures and process improvement initiatives. Responsible for managing the documentation andoptimisation of all processes for business divisions within the agreed scope of work and willencompass oversight of processes covered in moderate to complex business areas of the bank.Responsibility for ensuring that the required key operational risk controls and checks areincorporated and that assignments are managed via tight project management controls.
