The Principal Resident Engineer shall have Middle East experience mainly in management and Execution of Power Transmission and Distribution network projects (Substations, OHL, and Cables) in an Electricity Utility industry.A typical week would include:You will have worked as an Owners Engineer within a Project Manager capacity for EHV / HV network projects. Within this role you will responsible for managing a team of engineers and supervise the construction of substations / Underground cables/ OHL from conceptual stage till commissioning of project. You ensure services to client are in accordance with specification ensuring quality and execution to time and budget, to the client?s satisfaction.You are also required to review and approve contractor?s designs, supervise the construction, testing and commissioning of various networks projects, whilst being familiar with all safety aspects of a site environment.Previous work experience in the Middle East and an understanding of TRANSCO, DEWA, ADWEA, FEWA & KAHRAMAA specifications would be an advantage.Preferably having approval from TRANSCO/DEWA/FEWA/ KAHRAMAA/ADDC/AADC
