1. Drafting media announcements:Media announcements are prepared in both Arabic and English (Around 14 announcements yearly) as following:A. Coordinate with the concerned authorities on the required information.B. Create the announcements in Arabic (English) and get the approval from concerned authorities.C. Translate the announcements to English (Arabic).2. Monitoring and documentation:? A final report at the end of the year includes studies of media coverage and comparisons with recommendations.? Monthly report includes studies of media coverage and comparisons with recommendations.? Daily media monitoring regarding the tasks and functions of the Ministry.? Create monthly monitoring report about ministry news and media materials issued by the ministry.3. The news:Create and monitor news (30 News releases yearly)? Coordinate with the concerned authorities for the required information.? Create news in Arabic and get an approval for it from the concerned authority.? Translate the news to English (Arabic).? The presence of the company's representative to attend national council sessions to gather the information and write the news about ministry?s official speaker.? Publish all news in Arabic and English.4. Writing the news and press speeches:Writing the news and press speeches in Arabic and English (12 articles yearly)? Coordinate with concerned authorities to gather the information.? Write the article in Arabic (English) and get an approval from the concerned authority.?? Translate the article to English (Arabic).5. Organizing press conferences and events:Organizing press conferences and media events (4 conferences / year)? Inviting journalists and confirming their presence.? Presence of the conference/Event coordinator to coordinate with the media.? The conferences can be replaced with written interviews (up to 4 interviews).
