Job Description

Job Purpose The job holder should assist in developing policies and procedures for the company and its subsidiaries (14 companies). He/ She should be able to understand the vision and mission and direction of the organization and to orchestrate the institutional guidelines in a unique, fundamental, and best as possible manner. He/ She should bring an assurance to the leadership group and executive management on the current situation and possible enhancement opportunities based on organizational fit, best practices and stakeholder requirements. He/ She should possess a strong, independent and objective personality and the ability to manage an objective dialogue with large group of stakeholders including executives and leadership team.Responsibilities? Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and associated documentation.? Write policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.? Support the process for approval, version control, publication and communication of finalized processes.? Liaise and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective interface for the end-to-end process? Work at a level of autonomy and independence in managing own workload and setting own priorities in alignment with the needs of the project.? Advises the group and other executives regarding policies and procedures;? Develops policies and procedures, and monitors its implementation, in consultation with the relevant departments, to advance the company towards its mission; to manage various sectors by applying the latest technologies and best practices, and adopt strategic partnership approaches to our stakeholders providing them with best services.? Perform analysis and comprehensive review of existing governance documentations, determining gaps, and to identify changes to be incorporated into the policies and procedures.;? Provides advice, input, support and monitors the quality of the institutional guidelines, development, management and implementation;? Advises the Director and other executives on amendments required on the policies and procedures;? Able to comprehend on large organizational structures to stream line the operations across the different entities and subsidiaries.
