Requirements? Proven work experience as a Plant Manager? Minimum 8 years? experience in managing a production plant, with operational experience in the Medical Healthcare sector.? Proven managerial experience? Adequate Experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Flow Wrapping, Thermoforming Machines.? Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)? Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise? Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes? Computer literacy? Ability to create accountability and to lead by example? Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills? A Bachelor degree holder in Engineering or related field.? Indian Nationality preferred.Skills? Techno-commercial know-how with extensive knowledge of contracts and agreements? Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting [Processing and Packaging machines]? Operation and Maintenance of Utilities equipment?s. [ETP, STP, Steam Boiler, Air compressor and Ro plant]? Electrical controls circuit Design and Panel board wiring.? Knowledge in Plumbing, Fabrication and Utility workshop activities? Knowledge in HT and LT power Distribution.? Knowledge in PLC and SCADA machine trouble shooting? Manpower Management.? Maintenance Planning.? Project Handling and coordination with manufacturer.? Cost control & Year Budget planning.? Plan for Critical spares and Follow-ups.? Occupational Health & Safety.? Knowledge in quality standard and Improvements.? Extensive leadership skills and excellent planning ability? Extensive experience and know-how of conceptual and analytical thinking and excellent presentation skills? Excellent communication, influencing and motivating skills?
