JOB PURPOSE Responsible for plant operations and production ensuring safety and international standards. Also responsible for maintaining raw material stock and maintenance.QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Chemical engineering EXPERIENCE: 10 to 15 years of experience in a modern caustic soda/ chlorine plant JOB SKILLS: 1. Proficiency in plant operations and production technologies 2. Excellent manpower handling skills3. Strong project management and interpersonal skills, familiarity with contract management, schedule and cost controls, Quality Management System and HSE practices4. Strong understanding and appreciation of other cultures and cross-cultural integration in a multi-national environment and strong team-building skills5. Budget preparation and control6. High level of proficiency in English for reading and speaking
