Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules and work programs using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones. Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators. Assist in tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting. Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with MOHESR Equivalency Minimum 3?5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.Skills Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
