Planning Engineer (With Oil & Gas Industry Experiences)Oil & Gas - Civil building, foundation experience. Expert in Primavera (P6). Working knowledge in SAP Project Systems (PS)*Managing and performing detail planning using Primavera on several projects.Consolidate the overall planning datas.Perform analysis, forecast of load, statistic related to planning.The Planning Engineer will support the B&PS and Planning Team in the preparation of operational and financial analysis and management reports for budgeting, planning and project evaluation efforts. The primary focus will be on budgeting, forecasting and post-project planning and assisting in preparation of JO performance card.Organize and prepare data for the semi-annual capital project look-back reviews, support preparation of monthly forecast of capital expenditures, provide back-up support for preparation of routine operational management reports (monthly operating report and lease operating expenses) and execute other operational and financial analysis tasks to support Business & Planning Division.? Involved in developing/ maintaining and managing the Project schedules from conceptual to handing over of the project.? Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each Projects.? Coordinate with the engineering, procurement and project team to ensure that project schedules are met.? Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of quantitative data via databases and spreadsheets? Assign all proper resources according to the needs of every project; managing the workload.? Comfortable with ambiguity and finding/applying available data to solve business problems.? Disciplined Project Management capabilities with ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.? A passion for teamwork, integrity, learning and continuous improvement.? Holds overall accountability for planning of OPEX & CAPEX etc.? Keeps continuously updated on developments and new technologies in the oil & gas industry.
