Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Job Summary:-Manage the pharmacy of medical centre/speciality. Management of Pharmacy for drugs, prescriptions, insurance and policy related matters.Responsibilities and Duties:-Ensure all prescription drugs plus controlled substances are secure and safe in pharmacy.-Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, verify the necessary ingredients and evaluate their suitability.-Advising patients on the most appropriate dosage for medications.-Provided superior customer service.-Managed and resolved any customer conflicts or complaints.-Maintain records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles and charge file systems.-Complete insurance forms and work with insurance companies to ensure that patients get the medicines they need.-Responsible to establish a standard system for keeping the records of the medicines and account of the payments and dues payments received and due and all the other accounting information relating to the pharmacy.-Ensured the productivity and profitability of the pharmacy to its maximum.-Supervise entire inventory management related to pharmacy.-Ensure that the staff complies with proper standards of personal hygiene, appearance and presentation.-Ensure routine smooth operations across pharmacy department.-Comply with entire laws governing to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.-Check whether prescriptions will interact negatively with other drugs that a patient is taking or any medical conditions the patient has.-Instruct patients on how and when to take prescribed medicines and inform them about potential side effects they may experience from taking the medicine-Keep records and do other administrative tasks-Comply with DOH mandatory requirements and policyContact:Send your cv online.
