The Pastry Chef will lead the pastry team on their mission to exceed customers? expectations related to food quality and dining experience. He/She will be in charge for the whole Pastry kitchen and should be capable to prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweet related dishes together with bakery items for the menus and ensuring items are of a consistently high standard. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAENo of positions: 1Requirements :? Min 5 years? experience and 2 years as Pastry Chef. ? Candidate must have advanced knowledge of pastries and desserts, sanitation and cost control. ? Skilled in sugar and chocolate work and fine pastries.? Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.? Europeans or others with? International experience would be an asset.
