Job Description

Reporting to: Technical Director & Area Head Coaches.Group ages: from 4 to 17 years.A person responsible for planning, organizing and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities and programs for individuals and teams according to the Juventus Academy Technical Project.The Candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities for individuals and groups according to the Technical project ofJuventus Academy.Typical responsibilities include:- Teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques to different age groups;- Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback;- Identifying strengths and weaknesses;- Advising about health and lifestyle issue;- Developing training programmes.Key skills for Juventus Academy UAE coaches:- Physical fitness;- Excellent interpersonal skills;- Communication skills;- Teamwork skills.Timing and locations of operations:- From Sunday to Thursday;- From 4:30 Pm to 7:30 Pm;- Saturday if necessary from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Am and from 4:30 Pm to 7:30Pm;- Friday, Weekly Match - Timing TBC.IMPORTANT: We will be carefully evaluating only candidates based on part time (6 days per week commitment) or by lessons (minimum commitment of 3 or 6 hours per week). The candidates must be in possession of UAE Working VISA valid for September 2020 and ready to commit for the duration of the full sports season.
