Huge opportunity to seize for an Oracle HR Workstream lead in Abu Dhabi on a 1-year contract with possible extensions. Responsibilities: Lead multiple full-life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Suite solutions within large-scale national and international programs. Act as the global specialist for a specific commodity business function area within the Oracle HCM Suite, offering deep expertise and guidance. Serve as a specialist in niche business and module functions, ensuring the optimization and efficiency of Oracle HCM systems. Utilize your expertise in the Public Sector industry to develop innovative HR solutions tailored to sector-specific challenges and requirements. Collaborate with Director-level stakeholders to define and implement new processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) at an organizational scale. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and capitalize on new value and opportunities within the organization. Qualifications: 20+yrs of Abu Experience with multiple full-life-cycle implementations with large national and international programs.
