Scope and Purpose- Directly accountable for the management and operations of the Loan Administration and Payments Back Office as well as Time Deposits, MM, FX and Trade Finance products- Oversees Swift Bank's incoming/outgoing message management and overseas the payments settlements of relevant products, included remittance to/from customers- Develop, update and implement the procedures and controls relevant to the Operations Department.- Oversees the processing of Loan openings, closing, rollovers as well as FX deals, Time Deposits and MM funding deal.- Ensure coverage in Operations daily activities when necessary and when dedicated staff are on leave.- Oversee and process all aspects (issuance/advising/confirmation/negotiation, etc) of import and export Letter of Credits, Letter of Credit discounting, guarantees, counter-guarantees.Required ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in Operations with experience in Loans and Treasury Settlement as well as Trade Finance and Local Payment Systems.Competencies Required- English Fluent- Experience across various Banking Operations activities.- PC literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel, SWIFT and Local Payment Systems- Experience of banking accounting practices for each product- Ability to manage a team- Qualifications on trade finance and AML- Competences in Loans and Treasury Settlement as well as Trade Finance and Local Payment Systems.
