Fusion Performance Management.? Fusion Goal Management.? Talent Review Management ( Talent Review, Succession planning, Talent Pool)Taleo : Taleo Recruitment, On boarding and Off boarding, Taleo Connect Client (TCC). Please find the some of the Job Description below for the same : Roles and Responsibilities:? Develop and apply a deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud/ Talent Acquisition Cloud (Taleo) on Functional and Technical front.? Bring process expertise and Module knowledge to tailor solutions that address the client?s specific challenges.? Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.? Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise instill confidence in clients.? Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.? Seeks opportunities to challenge self, teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results.? Strong communications (written and speaking) and interacting with customer and partners to build their solution, troubleshoot roadblocks.Skills Required: ? Should have implementation experience in Core HR and Talent Management modules such as ? Fusion Performance Management.? Fusion Goal Management.? Talent Review Management ( Talent Review, Succession planning, Talent Pool)? Knowledge of Fusion Approvals Management.? Mass Upload using Fusion HCM Data Loader.? Very good understanding of Fusion Securities, User Roles and Data Roles.? Exposure to Fusion personalization.? Hands-on experience with Fusion release 11 or higher.? Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.? Document Technical Specification/Requirements.? Coordinating with Oracle support to get them involved in any of the abnormality in the tool.? Should have Taleo Recruitment, On boarding and Off boarding implementation experience.? Should have hands on experience in Taleo Connect Client (TCC), Export/Import scripting knowledge, should have complete knowledge of all Taleo modules and processes Organization structure, Recruiting and Onboarding (Regular/Contractor Hire process), BGC, EOffer, Vendor Management, Taleo BI Analytics.Job Location : Abu DhabiPosition: Taleo Techno functional ConsultantClient Details : Abu Dhabi ClientPayroll Company: Raqmiyat.
