Bachelor?s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent experience.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ECM/BPM implementation and support or consulting role.Established success in a team and project environment, actively working with a Project Manager and customer resources to complete tasks within the project constraints. Minimum 1 year client facing experience is a must. Strong communication (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical teammates & customers. Strong documentation skills required. Proven experience to work with WorkView applicationPossess one or more OnBase certifications ? OCSA | OCASA | OCWA | OCAWA | OCWV | OCSE | OCAPI Well verse with Capture technology such as Advance Capture, iCAP, AnyDoc, Brainware and/or ABBYYStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. (Travel time may vary with training and project requirements.)Three years of experience installing, configuring and supporting Hyland?s OnBase ECM platform, including Workflow and WorkView.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Exposure to business lines such Finance & InsuranceOther desired skills/certifications:
