STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, develop and implement Operations Support strategy in all areas of responsibility ensuring that it is in line with the Sunrise Groups? overall strategic direction.- Budget preparation for terminal renting - Develop methodologies, frameworks, policies, and plans that support the culture of operational excellence and ensure this is aligned to regulatory compliance if any/applicable.- Develop and implement strategies that assess gaps and potential risks against operational excellence objectives, identify future risks that could impact world-class performance and develop an action plan to significantly mitigate risk areas.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Job Knowledge and Duties- Perform daily functions of running the storage facility in accordance with company standards- Understand the features and benefits of the facility and how to use each.- Repair and Maintenance- Administrative & Legal- Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease, addendums, correspondence- Communicate with customers and potential customers in a manner that is professional and in a fashion that limits the legal liability of the company- Prepare weekly and monthly reports accurately and submit in a timely fashionSales- Meet or exceed net rental goal each month- Achieve and maintain occupancy and revenue goals each month, maximizing revenue by limiting concessions, discounts and waived late feesQuality Health, Safety, Environment System & Facility Management System- Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of the Company-wide Environmental Health and Safety management and control system, facility management programs and risk minimization to ensure the security and safety of company property.- Drive sustainability initiative for QHSE and oversee implementation of social audits (SEDEX) to drive improvements in ethical and responsible business practices. Continuous Process Improvement- Understanding customer expectations and collaborate with the business development team in areas of design system performance, delivery criteria and communicate project status and results.- Perform market research on technology and process enhancements and undertake improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve efficiency and quality in bottleneck areas.- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the road map.Education/ Qualifications? Master/ Bachelors? Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferably)Experience? At least 8-9 years of experience within an Oil & Gas industry with 4-6 years in Sales & Operations role of Tank Leasing.? Technical knowledge gained through formal training and QA with 10 years of relevant work experienceFunctional Skills & Specific Knowledge? Expert knowledge of Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Systems, Development & Implementation.? Possess excellent Facility Management skills.? Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.? Should have good networking and negotiation skills to build strategic alliances.
