Roles & ResponsibilitiesTitle: Office ManagerOn-site, Abu DhabiLanguage as mandatory: English and ArabicKey responsibilities will include: Managing daily office operations and administrative functions. Maintaining office procedures, records, and filing systems. Coordinating office supplies, equipment, vendors, and service providers. Providing executive support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. Supporting procurement and administrative purchasing activities. Coordinating with government authorities, free zones, and external service providers regarding licenses, permits, and corporate documentation. Maintaining company records and supporting compliance, KYC, and corporate governance requirements. Managing office facilities, logistics, courier services, and visitor coordination. Supporting the overall growth and operational efficiencyDesired Candidate Profile A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3?5 years of relevant experience in office administration, executive assistance, or office management. Prior experience within the UAE, preferably in a technology, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A professional attitude, high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
