? Conduct daily analysis of various fraudulent Internet applications traffic behaviors in order to develop network-based blocking policies (actions) using Deep Packet Inspection solutions (DPI).? Utilize packet capture software such as Wireshark or TCPDump to analyze various application traffic flows (traffic patterns) to support with customer troubleshooting issues.? Generate detailed analysis traffic properties (IP address, ports, protocol, domain, digital certificate, etc.) to develop unique DPI signatures (unique traffic patterns/behavior) in order to produce recurring traffic statistics (dashboard, reports, etc.).? Develop DPI signatures (unique traffic patterns/behavior) to support Internet traffic policy management (shaping, logging, teeing, etc.).? Develop understanding of various legitimate Internet applications traffic behaviors to differentiate them from fraudulent ones that employ faking techniques to bypass DPI blocking polices.? Work with various stakeholders to understand and document their Internet traffic management requirements. After which, develop DPI signatures to provide advanced analytics of Internet trends and customer behaviors to support critical business decisions.? Periodically custom generate statistical reports of traffic volumes, bandwidth utilization, number of users, number of connections, etc. along with explanations of influences of such trends.? Developing automation scripts and tools to aid with daily testing and traffic analysis.? Conduct DPI signature optimization on regular basis to ensure optimum utilization of DPIresources (CPU and memory).? Participate in rotating shift duty and on-call schedule with other members of the team, including during weekends (24X7).? Ensure operations related activities performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.? Document developed DPI signatures and troubleshooting incidents.? Consciously keep learning and general familiarity with Network Layers 2/3/4/7? Supporting and participating in the QA process of policies, procedure and asset maintenance.? Provide quality documentation and deliver presentations about network issues, updates and troubleshooting techniques
