Job Description

Title:NDT and Inspection SpecialistThe NDT/Inspection Specialist must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in NDT and inspection engineering principles in oil and gas industry Projects including.

  • Demonstrated Experience in supporting resolution of NDT issues, provide technical assistance and implement improvement action as required.
  • Experienced in review and approval of NDT procedures including advanced NDT methods.
  • Evaluate NDT and Inspection related lessons learned and ensure a process of continuous improvements is implemented.
  • Ability to develop new Inspection and NDT Technology aligned with Project Quality Department initiatives.
  • Fully conversant with industry best practice technical information related to inspection and NDT.
  • NDT certified Level III in at least in UT/RT methods including specialization in Advanced NDT such as PAUT/TOFD/Digital RT.
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to inspection such as (API, ASME, AWS, EN etc.).
  • Good knowledge of material engineering properties and specifications, and manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine learning for inspection and NDT technologies.
