Job Purpose:? Ensure proper ordering, displaying and handling products.? Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers? expectations and company?s objectives? Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals? Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stockRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications? Experience on merchandiser role with understanding modern trade, familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.? Good perseverance skills with relationship building ability.? Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc)? Good communication (particularly Listening) skills.? Efficient, Multi-tasker, Creative thinker, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving skills.
