? Controlling the conduct of all general affairs which affects the supervisor of the assigned office? Serving as a primary contact for persons seeking appointment with supervisors, arranging such appointments to avoid unnecessary interruptions to supervisor?s schedule and referring visitors or telephone callers to subordinate personnel, as necessary?
