We seek a self-motivated, creative, and innovative individual looking for a job with expanding responsibility and growth potential. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in medical facilities design, medical facility planning, equipment layout and/or work flow analysis. Main responsibilities include:? Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectTranslating concepts and information into images.? Selection, coordination and layout of medical facilities and furnitures as a part of assisting architects and engineers in the design of the hospital facilities.? Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, modifying specifications and construction document development.? Construction field investigations and shop drawing review Most desirable candidates will possess.? Strong organizational and time management skills in order to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.? Robust interpersonal skills and professional demeanor appropriate for interacting with clients, other design professionals and colleagues, often in multiple time zones.? Ability to use Revit (2011 or newer) and AutoCAD Highly Desired Skills / Experience.? Hand drawing skills for site plans and conceptual building plans.? Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit a plus.? Command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
