? Incoming Material inspection with client (MRIR) and other requirements for various Valves, Piping, Fittings, Structural, Tanks, Static & Rotating equipment?s etc.? Ensuring that the standards and specifications as stipulated by the client as per companies quality control procedures are followed.? Preparing Inspection test Plans, Method Statement for various Equipment?s like Compressors, Pumps, Package Skids, Loading arms, Pressure vessels, Flare Stacks, Pig Launchers,EOT Cranes.? Monitoring and Inspect (Padding,Orientation,Centering,Levelness,Alignment and Grouting) of all Equipment?s & Steel Structure as specified in the drawing and erection documents.? Special rotating equipment?s such as Compressors, Blowers, Pumps, Package Skids Leveling, Coupling Alignment & Grouting, Final Alignment with Piping, Final box up & Pre-comm Insp.? Inspection of API 650 storage Tanks Fabrication, Installation, testing & handover to Client.? All Mechanical Equipment?s (Rotating & Static), Pressure Vessels & Stacks erection, Leveling, Alignment, Grouting inspection, structure modification, assembling, erection & alignment. ? Over Head Crane (EOT) erection, alignment & welding Inspection.? Preservation Inspection of all Static & rotating equipment?s as per Vendor recommendations.? Preparing & issuing Non conformity report (NCR), Site surveillance report (SSR) for violations of Project Specifications, ITP, International Standards to Construction/Sub contractors.? Preparing all related Documents/Records.Certifications/KnowledgeADNOC Approved InspectorASME Sec. VIII, Sec. V, Sec.
