Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom automotive accessories using CAD software.Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Design products such as roof racks, canopies, drawer systems, roof-top tent mounts, storage boxes, ladders, rear carriers, side steps, skid plates, and custom mounting brackets.Conduct feasibility studies to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to bring designs from concept to production.Develop prototypes, perform testing, and improve designs based on real-world performance.Ensure products meet quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automotive or fabrication.Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and manufacturing processes.Experience with ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation is an advantage.
