Responsibilities:-1. Develop and execute strategic marketing and public relations programs to drive revenue for the Club., food and beverage, group and catering sales and restaurants.2. Support local and national media buying via print, radio and internet marketing.3. Creative and graphic design for sales collateral.4. Develop and publicize club packages, events, programs and promotions.5. Marketing strategy and implementation.6. Event Development and Management.7. Social Media Management.8. Public Relations Development.9. Brand Management.10. Budget Management.11. E-Marketing and On-line Tracking analysis capability.Requirements:-1. At least 6 years of progressive hospitality marketing experience within UAE.2. Any Arab Nationality.3. Must have excellent public speaking skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.4. Must have advanced print publication, media layout and web site design experience.5. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.6. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.7. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.8. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.9. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.10. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.11. Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.12. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.13.
