Job Title: Marketing ManagerReporting line: Head of Enrolments &MarketingROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:? Support the Head of Enrolments & Marketing in developing and executing a Marketingstrategy that supports an aggressive student enrolment plan to meet ourfinancial targetsManage the day to day marketing activities of the organisationOverseeing the marketing budgetCreation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plansPlanning and implementing promotional campaignsManage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring resultsPreparing online and print marketing campaigns.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communicationsWorking closely with external agencies on content and media bookingMaintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functionsare kept informed of marketing objectivesAnalysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketingCompetitor analysisAssist in providing customer service and brand guidelines training to teams in schoolsLiaise with schools to develop their social media strategy and guidelines for useWork with external agencies to develop the marketing content and liaise on theEnsure all parent facing areas are welcoming to parents and comply with the AA brandguidelines.Update allenrolments communication and marketing collateral to ensure the messaging isconsistent and the tone is welcoming and appropriate across Aldar Academies.Highligh tthe USPs of each school and work with Marketing to ensure these are clearlycommunicated to each school s target demographic.Provide regular updates and reports on progress and strategy to the Head of Enrolments& Marketing
