In this role you will significantly contribute to the development and delivery ofan economically and operationally optimized passenger and cargo schedule. You will ensure timely and accurate publication of operating and marketing flight schedules and ensuringthat the output is aligned to the broader Etihad Aviation Groups strategy. Accountabilities

• Manage the schedule delivery/development process that supports the following key deliverables
• Short-term (current IATA season) that includes close in re-fleeting, ongoing capacity optimization, maintaining operational integrity and contributing to delivering on-time performance targets
• Mid-term (6-18 months) that includes supporting network/commercial initiatives to maximize profitability and working with key operational stakeholders to ensure operational compliance
• 5- and 10-year schedule development incorporating the long-term fleet strategy
• Contribute to strategically important cross-functional projects and working groups representing Network department
• Recommend initiatives/changes to senior management as part of continual capacity optimization
• Annual budget schedule development
• Develop key reports and processes while coordinating with key stakeholders in the business that includes Network Planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance and Corporate Communications
• Protect and ensure continual enhancement of Etihads slot portfolio
• Ensure timely and accurate publication of Etihads prime and codeshare flights
• Manage ad-hoc charter requests that add value and do not compromise the Etihad operation

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years work experience with at least 2 years Network Planning experience including schedules planning with a reputable airline and with proven ability in developing, presenting, and supporting business cases
• Managing Network Planning/Schedulingprojects with a high degree of interaction and communication with all levels in the organization
• Bachelors degree qualification (or equivalent) in any discipline
