? Coordinate with project managers, business development professionals, engineers, and other team members to develop proposals that win work.? Handle tasks of managing and leading the proposal process from RFP release.? Oversee and analyze prime project buyout, accounting for savings and contingencies.? Write and distribute bid packages that clearly define the scope and general provisions of potential contracts.? Ensure that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the prime contract checklist and organizational structure.? Negotiate, analyze, and prepare purchase order agreements, subcontracts, and cost control budgets.? Review of ITT documents, identify scope of work and prepare pre-tender clarifications.? Attend pre-tender site visits / surveys and clarification meetings.? Study of Tender Document and doing bid / no bid analysis incorporating advantages / disadvantages, strength / weaknesses, risks involved and contractual terms like payment/insurances/Guarantee/ Warranty required considering. Finally, appraising management for taking suitable decision.? Ensuring clarifications on technical and contractual matters are raised with customer/client and responses are obtained through attending clarification meetings, site visits and the same are incorporated in the bid.
