Job Description

SynopsisIn this role you shall ensure availability of traffic rights, as and when required, to support Etihads short and long-term operating plans andSupport enhancement of the UAEs pool of traffic rights through coordination with national and international authorities, and other concerned stakeholders. Accountabilities

  • Prepare comprehensive analysis and briefs, for lobby visits and consultations, to support EAGs case for traffic rights.
  • Analyse draft Air Services Agreements and other aeropolitical documents, to protect and/or enhance the UAEs and EAGs interests.
  • Source, and distribute, critical information related to other countries regulatory policies, developments or events, which have a potential bearing on EYs aeropolitical interests
  • Represent EAG at air services consultations, relevant regional and global aviation seminars and conferences, as and when required by Line Manager, to project and protect EAGs interests.
  • Develop and maintain aeropolitical contacts in order to generate a favourable influence towards EAGs traffic rights requirements.
  • Provide clarification on aeropolitical issues and queries to all internal EAG entities
  • Undertake special projects and aeropolitical exercises as may be assigned
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education in a Legal or Law background
  • 2 years in operational or regulatory matters, with good written and oral communication skills, both in Arabic and English
