Roles & ResponsibilitiesJig & fixture tuning: Install, debug and maintain production-line jigs and fixtures; adjust tightness, travel and positioning in line with real-time production conditions to keep operation smooth without damaging the product.On-site abnormality handling: Respond quickly to process abnormalities reported by line leaders and repair simple mechanical faults on the line to reduce downtime.Changeover support: During product changeover, assist the line leader in adjusting workstation layout, replacing limit samples and matching fixtures, and perform preliminary first-article debugging.Preventive inspection: Regularly inspect and lubricate tools, air screwdrivers, electric drivers and auxiliary equipment in the assigned area to detect and eliminate hidden faults early.Wear-part management: Handle the requisition and replacement of line wear parts (nozzles, springs, locating pins, etc.), and carry out simple on-site repair of damaged fixtures or report them for scrapping.Improvement support: Based on operator feedback, work with NPI or ME engineers to fine-tune existing simple fixtures or add poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) devices.On-site 5S: Keep the repair toolbox tidy and clean up the site after repairs, ensuring no leftover parts or tools remain on the line.Desired Candidate ProfileBackground: Technical school, secondary technical diploma or above, with a mechanical/electromechanical background.Experience: 1-2+ years of front-line maintenance or machine-tuning experience in an electronics factory; e-cigarette, precision-electronics or small-appliance experience preferred.Hands-on ability: Strong hands-on ability; skilled with manual and power tools (soldering iron, hand drill, hex wrenches, etc.) and an intuitive grasp of mechanical structures.Language: Basic English communication (understands basic instructions such as Tighten/Loosen/Broken and reads English equipment labels).Execution: Fast-reacting; able to locate and fix physical faults quickly in a high-paced production environment.Communication: Communicates well with line leaders and operators and takes on-board front-line feedback.
