Job Description-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (wiring, lighting, sockets, breakers)-Troubleshoot electrical faults and power failures-Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment-Replace damaged components like switches, fuses, and circuit breakers-Ensure all electrical work follows safety standards and regulations-Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics-Assist in installing generators, panels, and control systems-Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and fittings (toilets, sinks, showers)-Fix leaks, blockages, and drainage issues-Maintain water supply and sewage systems-Inspect plumbing systems for faults or wear-Replace damaged pipes, valves, and pumps-Ensure proper water pressure and flow-Read and interpret plumbing layouts and blueprints-Perform preventive maintenance for both electrical and plumbing systems-Respond to emergency repair requests-Keep records of maintenance and repairs-Follow health and safety procedures at all times-Coordinate with other technicians or departments-Ensure tools and equipment are in good conditionRequirements:-Work Experience - 4 Years minimum in Gulf-Technical Skill Certificate required or Experience certificate of related job requiredSalary Package : AED 2,500.00 plus Accommodation.
