A Maintenance Engineer is required for a residential and commercial compound in Abu Dhabi. Main Responsibilities:Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.Maintenance of machinery, diagnosing problems and repair management, whether its welding, plumbing, electrical or carpentry work.Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures needed for the repairs.Management of Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing installation.Maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting and CCTV systems.Erection of kitchen and laundry equipment?s.Coordination with contractors for any ongoing work progress and checking quality.Complying with health and safety regulations.Managing stocks of suppliers, parts and equipment?s.Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures.Managing the maintenance budget.Understand ISO 9001 Standards requirement, Quality Assurance Procedures and implementation. Requirements:Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years? experience, and preference will be given for local experience.Excellent planning and resources management.Proficiency in written and spoken English.
