JOB DESCRIPTIONDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:4.1Leads, mentors, and provides supervision for LWD R&M service personnel and teams at the Workshop.4.2Responsible for LWD Workshop R&M personnel management; plans for personnel changes, forecasts changes in personnel levels, sources local recruits, collaborates with R&M Work Shop Manager, Regional and Global R&M Management to review available personnel resources and selects recruits.4.3?LWD Workshop personnel and tracks their training progress and competencies; must be actively involved in promotion reviews, training planning, and at a minimum annual objective reviews.4.4Prioritizes equipment repairs and tool builds per documented requirements in collaboration with LWD Coordinators to meet local demand and delivery requirements.4.5Collaborates with R&M Workshop Manager and other Service Line Supervisors to schedule repairs to equipment and establish when they will be completed.4.6Evaluates and documents the estimated repair costs of equipment.4.7Participates in applicable district, regional, and global conferences and meetings to communicate and share best practices, repair status', and issues.4.8Ensures all necessary upgrades or modifications are performed as per instructions from LWD Product Engineering.4.9Collaborates with Manufacturing, Research & Development, Product Engineering, Operations, and Global R&M to develop ways to improve procedures, systems, and equipment of existing and developing Drilling Services technologies for improved customer satisfaction.4.10Completes an accurate failure analysis in a timely fashion.4.11Collects and summarizes Monthly LWD R&M Key Performance Indicators and provides to R&M Work Shop Manager for submission to Global R&M Management.4.12Coordinates with Regional and Global R&M personnel to facilitate an annual R&M Technical Audit and ensures all corrective actions are implemented and effective.4.13Collaborates with Inventory Coordinator and R&M Workshop Manager to manage the ordering of spares, repairing of parts, and setting of minimum stock levels.4.14Collaborates with Inventory Coordinator and R&M Work Shop Manager to prepare an annual workshop forecast for spares on a quarterly basis to be submitted to Global R&M Management.4.15Collaborates with Regional and/or Global LWD R&M Technical Specialists as4.16Collaborates with Logistics Coordinator for proper shipping and receiving of LWD assets and at Workshop.4.17Collaborates with Asset Coordinator to ensure all LWD assets are accounted for and correctly identified.4.18Ensures all LWD workshop equipment and tools are maintained in good order, all calibrations are up to date, and the documentation for both is kept.4.19Keeps the R&M Workshop LWD Area efficiently organized and equipped with necessary supplies and tools, and clean and free of debris, grease, oil, water, mud, and any other form of trash daily, and paints when needed to keep the shop looking new; maintains an image of a quality workshop meeting Weatherford Drilling Services standards of excellence.4.20Ensures all Service Delivery Quality management systems including service records pertaining to LWD R&M applications are utilized and accurate and up to date ( IMARKS, SAP, JDE, Reliability, WAM, NCRs, PFTs, TPFTs,CRs, etc.).4.21Ensures all LWD R&M paperwork and records are accurate, up to date, filled out correctly and completely.4.22Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.4.23Demonstrates a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.a safe and healthy workplace for all employees;enforcing all safety precautions and practices;promoting safe work practices;Attending mandatory safety meetings and maintaining Company property and equipment in safe operating conditions at all times.4.24Knows, understands, and promotes Weatherford s Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and complies with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.4.25Understands and complies with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.QUALIFICATIONS?SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Essential?Strong communication, organizing, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills, especially when under pressurePositive attitude, with a high degree of self-discipline and self-motivation?Thorough knowledge of Drilling Services service line products and services?User of Excel, Work, and Outlook?A technical background with previous experience in Weatherford Drilling ServicesPreferred?Thorough knowledge of Weatherford Drilling Services service line products and services
