Join our strategy team.Lead and support cross product and cross business growth initiatives. Drive UAE and ICV plans, strategy and execution for Baker Hughes in UAE.Partner with the bestAs a Localization & Commercial Development Lead, you will be responsible for:.Leading localization effort for ADNOC, driving all localization related Baker Hughes initiatives to position the company stronger in commercial bids and customer reviews..Leading the ICV plan execution in coordination with all Product Lines, functions and ADNOC, ICV Team..Engaging with regional functional stakeholders - sourcing, finance and HR for local content development plans and project execution..Engaging and coordinating with all product companies in UAE to deliver on their ICV commitments..Leading ICV reviews at country, region and HQ level and with customer on monthly and quarterly basis..Leading supplier development efforts in partnership with supply chain team and work with vendors and partners to improve their ICV score..Partnering with HR to improve the Emiratization level and develop programs to hire and retain more local workforce..Working in close cooperation with regional and Product Line sales to support commercial submissions on ICV and winning strategy.. Visiting client and or BH locations as necessary. Driving commercial development with ADNOC, embrace intimacy with key leadership and position growth areas as well as key growth initiatives forward.To be successful in this role you will:
