We are seeking an experienced and certified Lifting Appointed Person with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee, plan, and execute all lifting operations in compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated lifting activities across all project phases.Requirements:* Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering* ADNOC Offshore approved Lifting Appointed Person Certification (mandatory)* LIMS Certification (mandatory)Minimum 6 years? experience in lifting operations (offshore preferred)SkillsKey Responsibilities:* Prepare and approve lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements* Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities safely and efficiently* Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and lifting regulations* Inspect cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories before use* Monitor critical/heavy lifts and ensure proper execution* Maintain records and certifications using LIMS* Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.
