A renowned Sovereign Wealth Fund in Abu Dhabi, UAE are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their HQ. You will be part of a highly transactional team advising on deals within the funds and private equity space.Key Requirements:

  • Must be 4+ PQE
  • Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
  • Must have trained and qualified from a leading international law firm
  • Must have experience advising on private equity, private investment funds and M&A transactions
  • Must be willing to live/relocate in Abu Dhabi, UAE
