Job Description? 10+ Years of experience in VDI Administration with both on-premises and cloud with multiple sites and farms. ? Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Azure IaaS. Should have performed upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation. ? Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager. ? Publishing applications through WVD and Desktop virtualization ? Printers and Clipboard Management? Virtual Desktop Patch Management and policies configuration ? Strong knowledge in configuring User Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration ? Strong knowledge in PowerShell scripting to automate day to day operations.? Good troubleshooting skills in Windows 10, user profiles, resource manager?s thresholds, pool management, NTFS permissions and Storage troubleshooting.? Windows Active Directory Administration ? Must be available to be on call 24x7 and be able to travel? Able to debug problems and deliver solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction? Enjoys problem solving and displays an eagerness to learn new technologies/skills? Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, email and online requests for technical support? Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under minimum supervision to support deployment, integration and maintenance of proposed solution? Will provide first call case resolution, software/network troubleshooting and proactive support services? Troubleshooting and problem-solving for Office 365? 2 years of experience managing Office 365, Active Directory and DNS? Knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot DNS issues a plus? Monitor Daily Backup Job and ensure backup job are completed successfully? Operates and troubleshoot Backup Service infrastructure? Ensure backups are executed and take corrective actions to sort any deviation? Maintain accurate documentation of existing Azure IaaS infra and its backup solution and backup job details. ? Must have strong knowledge in VNET, Subnet, NSG, Firewall polices1.1 DESIRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATION? A degree or diploma in Computer Sciences, Electronics or a related discipline? Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role? Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrators is mandatory? Microsoft Azure Solution Expert AZ-300 & Az-301 is mandatory? Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)? Experience working on multiple customers and projects
