In this role you will be responsible to assist the Engineering Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering department of the hotel. You will support all operating departments, especially Kitchen areas to ensure all services are supplied to the hotel maintaining equipment and the building and grounds are in good operational condition, with a focus on utilities conservation.Not only will you do amazing things within the hotel, you will make a name for yourself and team outside of the hotel. Partnering and participating in local community events and initiatives.
