Kitchen StewardJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and organized.•Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.•Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and equipment according to health and safety standards.•Assisting with Food Preparation:•Support chefs and kitchen staff by prepping ingredients and assembling dishes.•Assist in plating and serving food during events.•Help manage supplies and inventory, including tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors when items need to be ordered.•Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.•Set up and break down dining areas before and after events.•Provide assistance during events, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.•Health and Safety Compliance:•Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.•Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.Job Details :•Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred.•Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.•Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.•Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
