Roles & ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for joinery and fit-out works.Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Calculate material, labor, machinery, subcontractor, and overhead costs.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare tender submissions within the required deadlines.Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.Desired Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Joinery Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and commercial proposals for joinery, fit-out, and woodworking projects. The successful candidate will analyze drawings and specifications, prepare competitive quotations, control project costs, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the production team to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
