We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Loader Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a backhoe loader safely and efficiently to support construction, roadwork, excavation, and utility projects.Key Responsibilities:Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, trenching, loading, backfilling, grading, and material handling.Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any mechanical issues or defects.Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.Ensure safe operation around personnel, utilities, and other equipment on site.Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report fuel consumption or maintenance requirements.Assist with other site-related duties as required.SkillsMinimum 1 - 3 years of experience operating a backhoe loader (JCB or equivalent).Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.Experience in construction, infrastructure, roadworks, or utility projects.Good understanding of equipment maintenance and safe operating practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under varying weather conditions.Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Immediate availability is preferred.
