? Maintain General and Client Administration Password account abilities.? Maintain all the computers and printers in all sites by performing regular preventive maintenance.? Train end-users on the proper usage of computers and software appropriately.? Utilize the Service Level Agreements with the suppliers.? Act as the receiving point of new IT Assets, performing basic operational tests and installing standard programs as per security standards before delivering it to the end-user.? Create and maintain a comprehensive asset register for all IT Assets across the sites.? File all maintenance support documents that are signed duly by users.? Manage updates, patches and version migration of Windows operating system and utility application software.? Performing site surveys whenever necessary for new requirements.? Handle and maintain IT Store as per ESHS standards.? Perform replacements for printer cartridges and maintain consumables inventory.? Set preventive maintenance plans periodically under the supervision of the IT Manager. ? Maintain physical movement of hardware within or across multiple locations.? Perform duties as per the IT operation manual and help in developing it.? Close helpdesk tickets efficiently.? Adhere to all IT polices and processes especially ITSM Helpdesk Policy.? Perform local system and data backup procedures and securing them in secure location.? Responsible for fixing/replacing hardware and application software in computers.? Oversee commissioning of IT cabling including Ethernet and telephone cables.? Perform basic diagnostic tests on IT equipment and components.? Install and label power and communication cables of equipment.? Install and test data cabling, and label and document all installation procedures. ? Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all devices. ? Perform all other ad-hoc activities within IT Scope as and when required and requested.
